Our process
What a roof replacement with us actually looks like
From the first measurement to the last piece of trim, here is the order the work happens in and what you can expect at each stage.

We measure the building first
Every roof starts with real measurements of your roof, not an estimate off a satellite image. We look at the slopes, the valleys, the edges, and everywhere the roof meets a wall, a chimney, or a vent.
That visit is also when we look at the condition of what is underneath, because that is what usually decides whether the job is simple or not.
The panels are formed in our own shop
We roll-form the panels ourselves rather than buying finished panels off a retail shelf. Panels are cut to the exact length of your roof, so the slope is covered in one run instead of being pieced together.
Trim and flashing are bent to match the building at the same time. That is the part that keeps water out at the edges, and it is easier to get right when the piece is made for the roof it is going on.
Install and finish
The old roof comes off, anything unsound underneath gets addressed, and the new panels go on with the fastening and detailing the system calls for. Edges, ridges, valleys, and penetrations are finished last because those details decide how the roof performs.
We clean up the site as we go. When the work is done we will walk it with you and explain what was changed and why.
Talking through it
Carlos will answer questions before, during, and after, in English or Spanish. Estimates are free, there is no pressure attached to them, and you can reach us at (812) 225-4259 Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.
